We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Rochdale team, specializing in Looked After Children (LAC) and Children in Care (CIC). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in the LAC/CIC system

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with the HCPC
  • Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a social work setting
  • Strong assessment and case management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
