We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locality Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Wakefield. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to individuals and families in need.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertake complex assessments and develop care plans for vulnerable children and families. Provide expert guidance and support to social workers within the team. Conduct regular case reviews and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users. Essential qualifications and skills:
