Caritas Futures is partnering with a leading Domestic Abuse service to recruit compassionate and experienced Domestic Violence Support Workers across Crowborough, Seaford, and Bexhill-on-Sea.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting women, children, and families affected by domestic abuse, helping them rebuild their lives in a safe and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuseCompleting risk and needs assessmentsDeveloping and reviewing safety and support plansSupporting clients within refuge and community-based servicesCarrying out welfare checks and key-working sessionsWorking closely with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomesPromoting independence, wellbeing, and recoveryWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence, Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), Refuge Services, Housing Support, Homelessness, Supported Housing, Substance Misuse, Addiction Recovery, Criminal Justice, Human Trafficking, Modern Slavery, Community Outreach, Floating Support.Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and support planningStrong communication and case management skillsDBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Ability to work 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM shifts on a rota basisWhy Join Through Caritas Futures?

Caritas Futures is recruiting for a Night Support Worker to join a specialist supported accommodation service in Colchester, supporting individuals affected by homelessness, domestic abuse, modern slavery, human trafficking, housing-related issues, and other complex needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with experience in housing, homelessness, domestic abuse, hostels, supported living, mental health, substance misuse, or other vulnerable services.
