Key Responsibilities:
Support children, young people, and young adults across our Emotional Health & Wellbeing services.Offer low-intensity support under a brief intervention framework.Experience and Skills Required:
Proven experience working with parents, families, children, and young people.Leadership experience.Experience in supporting families dealing with complex and sensitive issues through advice and advocacy.Strong relationship-building skills.Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.Effective problem-solving abilities.Ability to plan and manage your own workload.Essential Requirements:
