Assessing the needs of children and their families to develop tailored care plans. Conducting home visits and maintaining regular contact with foster families to provide support and guidance. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure holistic support for children in care. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring compliance with legislative and policy frameworks. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your professional skills.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in working with children and families, preferably within a fostering or child protection context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
