We hold preferred provider status for temporary qualified social workers with over 200 clients, including local authorities, the NHS and private and not-for-profit organisations throughout the UK. This means that we offer unparalleled access to national social work vacancies. Every one of our candidates can apply for all the vacancies we’re working on via text message, self-service on the Caritas app or a direct consultation with a dedicated consultant.

Unlike traditional recruitment models, we don’t take a transactional approach. Instead, we focus on building strategic partnerships with local authorities and our vendor management system (VMS) clients, in order to connect them to high calibre social care professionals. These relationships result in a consistent stream of UK-wide vacancies, to maintain the continuity of work that our candidates desire.
