Every one of our candidates can apply for all the vacancies we’re working on via text message, self-service on the Caritas app or a direct consultation with a dedicated consultant.
Unlike traditional recruitment models, we don’t take a transactional approach. Instead, we focus on building strategic partnerships with local authorities and our vendor management system (VMS) clients, in order to connect them to high calibre social care professionals.
