We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - Locality Team in Gloucestershire. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for children and families Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children Providing support and guidance to children and families in crisis situations Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Ensuring all work is carried out in line with relevant legislation and policiesThe essential qualifications and skills for this role include:
Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration Experience working within a children's social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situationsAdditional requirements for this position include a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
