We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Newcastle, focusing on working with Children in Care (CIC) and Care Leavers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support and guidance to vulnerable young people transitioning into adulthood.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for CIC and Care Leavers Providing direct support and interventions to address the individual needs of young people Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support Advocating for the rights and best interests of CIC and Care Leavers Participating in case conferences, court hearings, and review meetings

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
