We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team in Cheshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by children and families Developing and implementing care plans to support the best interests of children Working collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals to provide holistic support Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and other multi-agency meetings Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in crisis situations

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
