We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team in Oldham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and families facing various challenges.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children with disabilities
  • Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
  • Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in need

The essential qualifications and skills for this role include:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases
