As an Adults Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to individual needs. Working closely with adults and their families to identify risks and safeguard vulnerable individuals. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local and national guidelines. Providing support and guidance to less experienced staff and contributing to team development.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
