Children's Lead Worker - SEND Team - Wiltshire

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with SEND, ideally in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in SEND.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
