We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Family Safeguarding Team in Cambridgeshire. As a Qualified Social Worker in our Family Safeguarding Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing the needs and risks of children and families to ensure their safety and well-being. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans that support families in achieving positive outcomes. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to provide comprehensive support and resources. The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working in child protection and safeguarding.
