We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) specializing in Mental Health to join our team in Wiltshire. This is a hybrid position offering a competitive rate of £35 per hour.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for individuals with mental health needs. Providing therapeutic interventions and support to clients to promote their mental well-being. Liaising with healthcare professionals, community services, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care for service users. Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences to review and evaluate care plans. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England. Experience working within the field of mental health, preferably within a social care setting. Demonstrated ability to assess complex cases and develop appropriate care plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join our Mental Health Team in Wiltshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults with mental health needs, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assessing the needs of adults with mental health issues and developing care plans Providing support and guidance to service users and their families Liaising with healthcare professionals, community resources, and other agencies to coordinate care Advocating for the rights and best interests of service users Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration Experience working with adults with mental health issues in a social work setting Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to adult social care and mental health
