We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) specializing in Mental Health to join our team in Wiltshire. This is a hybrid position offering a competitive rate of £35 per hour.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for individuals with mental health needs. Providing therapeutic interventions and support to clients to promote their mental well-being. Liaising with healthcare professionals, community services, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care for service users. Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences to review and evaluate care plans. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.Essential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England. Experience working within the field of mental health, preferably within a social care setting. Demonstrated ability to assess complex cases and develop appropriate care plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
