Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of social workers and support staff, providing guidance, supervision, and professional development. Team Manager - Disabled Children's Team | Kidlington (Ron Groves House)
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our Disabled Children's Team in the South region. This is a hands-on leadership role, based at Ron Groves House, Kidlington, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
Rates:
£38.12 per hour PAYE
£47.50 per hour Umbrella (maximum rate)
Benefits / Allowances:

Role Requirements:
Proven experience managing a children's social care team, preferably within disability services
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
