Join our dedicated team as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in Adult Social Care, based in North Northampton. We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to provide high-quality support and services to adults in need. Candidates with experience in the Eclipse Care System and those who have previously worked within Northamptonshire County Council (NNC) or West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) will be particularly well-suited for this role.

As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances. Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence and well-being. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local and national standards.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in adult social care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Proficiency in using the Eclipse Care System and familiarity with local council processes.
