We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated PERM Children's Social Worker to join our Duty & Assessment Team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in need.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Undertaking initial assessments and investigations to determine the needs of children at risk Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families, professionals, and other agencies Conducting home visits and interviews to gather relevant information and assess the safety of children Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to coordinate support services Providing ongoing support and guidance to children, families, and carers to promote positive outcomesEssential qualifications and skills:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PERM Children's Social Worker to join our CIC/Court Team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families involved in care proceedings and child protection cases.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Conducting assessments and creating care plans for children in need of protection Participating in court proceedings and providing testimony as required Working collaboratively with other professionals, such as health care providers and educators, to ensure the well-being of children Supporting children in care to achieve positive outcomes and transition into permanent placements Regularly reviewing and monitoring the progress of children under your careEssential qualifications and skills:
