Join our dedicated team as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in Adult Social Care, based in North Northampton. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances. Developing and implementing care plans that promote independence and well-being.
