Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and relevant agencies. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions to promote the welfare of children.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly within early help or preventative services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
