EHCP Partner - SEND Resolution Team
Devon County Council £300 per day Hybrid / Remote Working Considered 3 Positions Available
Caritas Recruitment is currently supporting Devon County Council in the appointment of three experienced EHCP Partners to join their SEND Operations Locality Teams within the specialist SEND Resolution Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Devon's SEND transformation journey, working directly with families, schools and professionals to resolve complex issues, rebuild trust and achieve positive outcomes for children and young people through a relational and child-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex SEND casework within the Resolution Team.
- Work collaboratively with families, schools and partner agencies.
- Apply SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice 2015 to support decision-making and outcomes.
- Resolve disputes and concerns through effective communication and partnership working.
- Support positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
- Contribute to service improvement and Devon's ongoing SEND transformation programme.
About You
We are looking for experienced SEND professionals who are:
- Skilled communicators with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice 2015.
- Experienced in managing complex and sensitive casework.
- Confident building positive relationships with families and professionals.
- Solution-focused, resilient and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes.

Requirements
- Significant SEND / EHCP experience
- Enhanced DBS with Children's and Adults' Barred Lists
- Strong understanding of SEND legislation and statutory processes
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently
