  • Experience working with children and young people in a social work setting, particularly in CIC or care leaver contexts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child welfare and safeguarding.
