We are seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Team in Enfield. As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families facing challenges. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports. Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure coordinated service delivery. Engaging with children and families in a respectful and empowering manner.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a safeguarding context. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
