Participating in team meetings and case reviews to share insights and strategies.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A degree in Social Work or a related field, with current registration with the relevant professional body. Proven experience in child protection and family support services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families. Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
