Senior Social Worker - Locality Team - Leicestershire County Council

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in social work practice, particularly within a locality or children’s services setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in assessment and intervention planning, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
