The London Borough of Haringey is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's SW - Assessment Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable adults within our community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support to individuals and their families, ensuring their needs are met in a person-centered manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users to identify their needs and strengths. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic support for service users. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with statutory requirements. Providing advice and support to service users regarding available services and resources.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly in assessment and care planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in adult social care.
