Are you a Senior Practitioner looking to take the next step into management?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join St Michael's Fellowship as a Deputy Manager in one of our Residential Family Assessment Centres.

You'll be based in a 4-bed residential unit, supporting families through structured assessments and making a genuine difference in children's lives.

What we're offering:

  • £40/hour pay rate
  • Full-time, 5 days on-site (No remote working)
  • 1-year fixed term contract

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
  • Experience in child protection, parenting assessments, or residential settings
  • Strong leadership potential and confidence working in a dynamic environment
