We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Wellbeing Practitioner to join a trauma-informed, early intervention service supporting young people affected by recent adverse experiences.

As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you'll be part of a diverse team of professionals and volunteers, working together to provide timely, targeted support to children and young people aged 8-18. Using a range of creative and therapeutic approaches, the service focuses on emotional recovery, building personal resilience, and empowering young people to manage their own mental health and wellbeing.

Locatin: Shropshire, Halton, Merseyside

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 emotional wellbeing sessions using a youth-centred, trauma-informed approach
  • Provide early help support aimed at improving emotional health and building resilience
  • Work collaboratively with professionals across multiple agencies
  • Empower young people to take control of their own mental health journey

What We're Looking For:

  • A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Previous experience in roles related to mental health, emotional wellbeing, or youth support
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people through challenging times
