Join our dedicated Adults Community Team in Walsall as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults within our community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional who is committed to promoting independence and enhancing the well-being of vulnerable adults. In this role, you will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other professionals to ensure effective support and care plans are in place.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of need and risk for adults requiring support services. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in partnership with service users and their families. Providing advice, guidance, and support to individuals and their families regarding available services. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working in adult social care or community settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
