We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's SP - Safeguarding/Support Team member to join our team in Walsall. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding and supporting vulnerable children and families in the community.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children at risk of harm or in need of support. Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in crisis situations. Participating in case conferences, court hearings, and multi-agency meetings to advocate for the needs of children. Keeping accurate records and documentation of all interactions and interventions.Essential qualifications and skills:
