As an Adult Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks of adults requiring support. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and advocacy for clients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and resources effectively. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory requirements and organizational policies.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within a locality team setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
