We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) specializing in Mental Health to join our dynamic team in Stockport. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to individuals facing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of service users. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users. Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families. Facilitating access to mental health services and community resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to case discussions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree or Diploma in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in mental health social work or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals.
