As a Qualified Social Worker in our Locality Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of service users and developing tailored support plans. Providing advocacy and support to vulnerable adults, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights upheld. Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social work, particularly within a locality team setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
