As a Social Worker in Safeguarding, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and evaluating the needs of children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.

  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to safeguard children and promote their welfare.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
