Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising and supporting a team of social workers to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions. Conducting comprehensive assessments of kinship placements, ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies. Providing guidance and training to staff, promoting best practices in kinship care. Collaborating with local authorities, schools, and other agencies to ensure holistic support for children and families. Maintaining accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in child protection, family support, or kinship care. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
