Social Worker- Locality Safeguarding Team - Worcestershire

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our Locality Safeguarding Team in Worcestershire. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in safeguarding and working with vulnerable populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
