Join our dedicated Children's Social Work (CSW) Team in Doncaster as a Qualified Social Worker. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Managing a caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with local and national policies. Providing support and guidance to children and families, promoting their well-being. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory standards.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
