We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - LAC Team in East Riding of Yorkshire. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and safeguarding some of the most vulnerable children in our community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments and creating care plans for children looked after by the local authority Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in crisis situations Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and multidisciplinary meetings Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration with Social Work England Experience working within a children's social care setting, preferably within a Looked After Children team Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload Commitment to promoting the welfare and rights of children

Additional requirements:

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check Opportunities for continuous professional development and training Competitive salary and benefits package
