Social Worker - Children Support and Safeguarding - Northampton

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work degree and current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a safeguarding context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in child protection and safeguarding.
