Join our dedicated team as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in the South Kesteven FAST (Family Assessment and Support Team) in Lincolnshire. We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing support to families in need. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and procedures. Collaborating with other professionals, including health and education services, to ensure holistic support. Participating in supervision and training to continuously enhance professional development and practice.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England (SWE). Experience working within a statutory social work setting, particularly with children and families. Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse families.
