We are seeking an experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join our dynamic team in Shropshire. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting mental health assessments and determining the need for intervention. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Providing support and guidance to individuals and their families throughout the assessment process. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding policies. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of assessments and interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). Current AMHP status and registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in mental health social work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
