Adult Social worker - Safeguarding and DoLS Team - Rutland
Join our dedicated Safeguarding and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Team as an Adult Social Worker in Rutland. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional who is committed to promoting the well-being and safety of vulnerable adults. In this role, you will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of safeguarding interventions.
- Developing and implementing person-centered care plans that prioritize the rights and preferences of individuals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of DoLS legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
