We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Front Door team in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to individuals and families in need of social care services.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Assessing the needs and risks of children, young people, and vulnerable adults
  • Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of service users
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide holistic support
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to review and monitor progress
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory standards

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker (QSW) registration with Social Work England
  • Demonstrated experience in frontline social work, preferably within a Front Door team
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify needs and risks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with service users and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage a complex caseload
