The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration
- Demonstrated experience working in a child protection or safeguarding role
- Strong assessment and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
