Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in care Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the well-being of children Providing direct support and guidance to children and families Participating in case conferences and reviews Advocating for the best interests of children and promoting positive outcomes

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children's services Registration with Social Work England Strong assessment and case management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
