We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Advanced Practitioner to join our Child Protection and Children in Need Team in Bradford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need of support and protection.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Undertaking assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies Providing direct support, guidance, and intervention to children and families Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and multi-agency meetings Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelinesThe ideal candidate for this role will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with HCPC registration Significant experience working in a children's social work setting Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures Excellent assessment and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skillsIn addition to the essential qualifications and skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Advanced Practitioner to join our Children & Families Team in Bradford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.

Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote their welfare. Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews as required. Supervising and supporting less experienced team members.Essential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration. Demonstrable experience in child protection and safeguarding work. Excellent assessment and analytical skills.
