We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Child in Care Team in Bradford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families involved in the care system.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in care Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure the best outcomes for children Working collaboratively with other professionals, such as health and education professionals, to support children's holistic needs Providing support and guidance to foster carers and adoptive families Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in careEssential qualifications and skills:
Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in working with children and families in a social work setting Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseloadAdditional requirements or benefits:
