We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Front Door team in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to individuals and families in need of social care services.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Assessing the needs and risks of children, young people, and vulnerable adults Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of service users Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide holistic support Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to review and monitor progress Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory standards

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker (QSW) registration with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in frontline social work, preferably within a Front Door team Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify needs and risks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with service users and stakeholders Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage a complex caseload
