We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in the Trafford area, focusing on Adult Safeguarding. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their well-being within the community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and investigations to determine the needs and risks of vulnerable adults Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and multi-disciplinary teams Providing support and guidance to individuals at risk of harm, abuse, or neglect Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure the ongoing safety and welfare of service users Working closely with external agencies and partners to coordinate services and interventions

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration Demonstrated experience in adult safeguarding and working with vulnerable populations Strong assessment and analytical skills to identify risks and develop appropriate interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment
