We are currently seeking a dedicated MASH Social Worker to join our team in Wolverhampton. As a MASH Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable children and adults by assessing and responding to referrals in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments of children and families referred to the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Working collaboratively with partner agencies to gather information and make informed decisions Providing support and guidance to families to address safeguarding concerns Completing comprehensive risk assessments and developing care plans Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure the ongoing safety and well-being of service users

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (HCPC) Experience working within a MASH or similar safeguarding team Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to child protection and safeguarding Excellent assessment and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills
