We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Bracknell Forest as an ATM Fostering (PART TIME) position. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to foster carers and children in care.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Assessing and supporting foster carers through the fostering process
  • Conducting assessments of potential foster carers and completing Form F assessments
  • Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster carers
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the well-being of children in care
  • Participating in team meetings and case conferences

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant social work qualifications
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Experience in working within a fostering team or children's services
  • Excellent assessment and communication skills
