We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Herefordshire in the role of Fostering Kinship. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to kinship carers to ensure the safety and well-being of children in their care.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Assessing and supporting kinship carers through the fostering process
  • Conducting home visits and assessments to ensure the suitability of kinship placements
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of children in kinship care
  • Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support to kinship families
  • Participating in case conferences and court hearings as required

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in fostering and kinship care
  • Registered with Social Work England
