To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Demonstrable experience working with adolescents and understanding their unique needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
