Join our dedicated Children's Social Work Team in Plymouth as a Qualified Social Worker (SSW - CSW). As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks faced by children and families. Developing and implementing child protection plans and interventions. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to provide holistic support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in supervision and team meetings to reflect on practice and improve service delivery.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working with children and families in a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
